Seal Faces: Ceramic, Carbon, Silicon Carbide, or Tungsten Carbide — selected to handle abrasives, temperature, and chemical demands
Metallic Parts (Non-Wetted): SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy, Alloy-20 for structural support (kept away from direct process contact)
Secondary Static Seals: PTFE or flexible graphite as needed for added integrity
